Wednesday Cody Daluca appeared by video from the jail at his sentencing.
A 37-year-old Lincoln man whom got caught dragging a desk he would taken from the nearby church up the Capitol building actions final November got per year in prison for this Wednesday.

The church returned those items Daluca took, though he did cause some harm to the church, their lawyer stated Wednesday.
“It is clear that this is perhaps maybe not done maliciously by my customer. I do believe he had been drunk and did not actually realize or know very well what he had been doing, ” Deputy Public Defender Kristi Egger said, arguing for the brief prison sentence that will allow Daluca to get involved with treatment plan for their medication and liquor dilemmas and psychological state problems.
