One area certain to get attention in 2018 is intimate harassment at work.

Senate Democrats recently promised a bill with sweeping reforms about this topic. A draft associated with the Act: Times Up – Combating Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault, have not yet been finalized – but elements for the bill had been released by the Democrats and follow verbatim:
