A Complainant can be informed that if she or he desires to talk independently as well as in self-confidence about discrimination or harassment,

He/she might wish to talk to a worker that is social therapist, specialist, or person in the clergy that is allowed, for legal reasons, to make sure greater privacy.

  • Furthermore, the Complainant are provided assurances that measures is supposed to be taken resistant to the Respondent should there be retaliation against them. Retaliation is prohibited and may be reported towards the Investigator instantly. Allegations of retaliation must be investigated pursuant also into the procedure lay out in this Policy
  • The Investigator shall notify on paper the Respondent within five (5) business days of receipt for the issue, together with Respondent shall receive a version that is redacted of issue. The Respondent shall respond on paper to your grievance within five (5) trading days following date of receipt for the investigator’s notification.
