ST. JOHNS — A St. Johns Middle class therapist is accused of intimately assaulting a teenage kid a large number of times, authorities stated.
A guy, that is now 32, reported the assaults towards the Clinton County Sheriff’s workplace Feb. 10, Detective Sgt. Stephen Brush testified at a hearing that resulted in unlawful fees.
The person told authorities that Kimberly Feldpausch, their counselor through the 2001-02 college 12 months, intimately assaulted him in her own workplace during the center college, Brush stated. He had been 13 and 14 during those times.
He estimated Feldpausch had intimately assaulted him 50 to 100 times, Brush testified. The majority of the assaults were held at her workplace, however it took place when on a county that is unknown in St. Johns as soon as at their parents’ home in St. Johns.
Whenever Feldpausch talked to police Feb. 12, she stated the teen had tried times that are many kiss and hug her, place their hand up her top and just simply just take their penis out whilst in her workplace, Brush testified. None of this incidents Feldpausch described had been reported to college officials or administrators, Feldpausch told Brush.
She described that right time frame as a “whole blur” in her brain and stated she could perhaps maybe perhaps not keep in mind many of the important points associated with the incidents.
